Shipping and Returns

Shipping

MX1WEST.com business days are Monday through Friday, excluding National Holidays, 9:00AM to 6:00PM Pacific time. We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 1:00 PM Pacific time are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM Pacific time are shipped the next business day.

Shipping costs are based on weight, delivery speed & distance. You will be provided in the checkout process shipping options for Fedex, UPS and USPS. If you have a question about quoted shipping costs during checkout please email us at sales@mx1west.com. Each order placed must be shipped to one address only.

Orders for delivery within the US over $100 will receive FREE ground shipping via Fedex (Alaska, Hawaii, U.S territories, APO, FPO via USPS). Express and overnight shipping is not included in this free shipping offer. The $100.00 is calculated only on merchandise ordered.

MX1WEST.com tries to keep the availability of all items current on our site as well as accurate inventory levels. Occasionally, items may not be available to ship at the time of your order. If this occurs, we will contact you within one MX1WEST.com business day with estimated availability and possible alternatives.

Tracking

Your order confirmation email contains a link that allows you to track the status of your order. Depending on which shipping choice you made in the checkout process, your order can be tracked at: www.fedex.com, www.ups.com or www.usps.com (USPS provides a delivery confirmation number that does not always show tracking progress). For any other questions about an order you have placed, email sales@MX1WEST.com.

Returns

Return shipping must be paid by the customer. On each item returned for refund, there will be a 10% restocking charge. There is no restocking charge on an exchange. Items returned for exchange or refund must be returned within 30 days from receipt date and in original and unused condition. Returns after 30 days are at the discretion of MX1WEST.com, and may result in a restocking fee.

Returns are accepted with a return authorization number, RA#, provided by MX1WEST. Please contact us for any return issue at sales@MX1WEST.com or 888-MX1WEST (888-691-9378).

All returns must be in new condition, in the original packaging, complete with tags, and re-sellable.

Shipping returns must be via a common carrier that uses a tracking number system. Once your package is shipped with your return authorization number forward your tracking information to sales@MX1WEST.com.

Damaged Packages

If you receive an item or package damaged contact sales@MX1WEST.com or 888-MX1WEST (888-691-9378)immediately. Keep all packaging materials and the original shipping carton. MX1WEST will advise you of the procedure to be followed. DO NOT return items without a return authorization number provided by MX1WEST. This assures that your package is tracked for faster resolution.
